• The saving scheme is valid for a period of 15 months only.
  
  
• Members can pick up Gold / Diamond Jewellery in the 16th month after successful completion of the scheme tenure without any default in monthly payments.
  
  
• Bonus will be paid after the completion of 15th month.
  
  
• No bonus will be paid on pre – closure of Scheme by the member. A member will be allowed to take Gold / Diamond jewellery only for the amount they have paid.
  
  
• No cash refund allowed.
  
  
• Payments can be made in Cash / Local Cheques / DD in favour of Jevar Jewellers, Bangalore. No outstation cheques and credit cards will be accepted. Applicable bank charges for every bounced cheque will be extra.
  
  
• Gold coins cannot be purchased.
  
  
• Value addition / wastage / making and stone will be charged based on type of Gold / Diamond Jewellery.
  
  
• "VAT will be charged extra".
  
  
• Monthly installments to be paid on or before 10th of every month, failing which the scheme will be extended by a month for every default.
  
  
• The member will receive jewellery corresponding to the value of the deposit, on 30th day after 15th installment.
  
  
• Members are requested to preserve their membership card receipts and submit it in proper condition at the time of purchase of jewellery against the accrued amount at the beginning of the 15th month.
  
  
• All disputes will be subject to Bangalore jurisdiction only.
